Clerion is founded by Griffin Kovach and Alex Pravia, two students who have always struggled with these problems and heard their peers struggle with them too. Nothing in the EdTech ecosystem is built with students in mind first. That’s what Clerion is changing.
Griffin Kovach is the founder and CEO of Clerion. He built the first version as the tool he wished he’d had as a student, then rebuilt it around what he learned from the students living the same problem. He leads product, growth, and the through-line: an academic intelligence platform that doesn’t just show students their deadlines and grades, but figures out which ones are real, what to do next, and how to actually hit the goals they’re chasing.
Alex is Clerion’s co-founder and CTO. He studies Computer Science & Business and Applied Mathematics in the Honors College at Lehigh University, and left an AI and full-stack engineering role a month in because of how much he believed in the product. He owns the infrastructure the whole product runs on: the systems that turn a student’s scattered academic life across Canvas, syllabi, and everything in between into one reliable source of truth.
Not another dashboard to check. An answer. Every screen exists to tell you where you stand and what to do next.
Your grades are worked out from your course’s real grading rules, never guessed at by an AI.
Clerion connects to Canvas securely and only with your school’s approval. Your data works for you, nobody else.
Students: join the waitlist. Universities, advisors, and partners: we’d love to talk.
